Kelsey Grainger
Kelsey graduated from Washington University in St Louis with her Doctorate in Physical therapy in 2021. She has always enjoyed being active and exercising, and fell in love with physical therapy as a medical specialty that uses movement as the primary method of healing. As a runner and weightlifter herself, she has always enjoyed working with athletes. Through her doctoral training she also developed a passion for women’s health after she experienced the transformational power of pelvic health therapy first hand. Since beginning her career, she has completed post-doctoral training through the APTA in pelvic health and obstetrics. Kelsey is Dry Needling certified and loves treating orthopedic injuries as well well as helping women stay active across the lifespan.

Dr. Megan James is a pelvic floor physical therapist dedicated to helping individuals thrive through a holistic approach to wellness. Dr. Megan sees patients of all genders and treats a wide variety of pelvic floor conditions. She has a particular passion for treating chronic pelvic pain, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, pain with intercourse, interstitial cystitis, and bowel dysfunction. She is a trauma-informed therapist who recognizes its impact on pain and quality of life. As an experienced runner and ultramarathoner, she also enjoys helping moms return to sport after pregnancy. Dr. Danielle Khoury DPT
Dr. Danielle Khoury is a pelvic floor physical therapist who specializes in bladder, bowel, and sexual health as well as pregnancy & postpartum care. She is passionate about getting to the root cause of your symptoms and sees the importance in treating the whole person. Danielle has advanced training in pregnancy/birth preparation and enjoys helping women achieve a higher level of fitness as well as working with orthopedic populations. She especially enjoys helping those experiencing sacroiliac joint pain, pelvic girdle pain, low back and hip pain.
